Pascal Assiwo is an IT Engineer, financial analyst, and Renewable Energy Mega System Expert. He has more than 15 years’ experience in Solar Photovoltaic, Megawatt Photovoltaic design, Solar Thermal, Solar Street lighting, Wind energy, grid connection and off-grid system designing and installation., Mr. Assiwo Siamey Pascal has more than 15 years working experience in relevant international professional organizations in developing countries, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa as project developer. He is fluent in English and French hence his ability to work in a multicultural environment and independently. He was a former Senior Administrator at Google Inc, Mountain View, California. In addition to his Master’s degree MAFM (Master of Accounting and Financial Management, proficiency CPA and CFA) and IT Engineer (Microsoft System Engineering) from California, USA, Pascal has Project Management, Solar Photovoltaic & Thermal, Solar Street lighting and wind certificates. He founded Axcon Energy in 2009 which has affiliation in Benin and Togo.

Strong business developmentprofessional with a MBA focused in Banking & Finance from CESAG-Senegal, Joseph Torku is Managing Consultant of Palmfields Investment Limited. He has many years of work experience in finance and investment management from the private and public sector. Joseph worked with Ecobank Transnational Incorporated ETI where he was Group Head of Real Estate and later Head of Finance for Ecobank East Africa Cluster (EAC). Prior to joining ETI, Joseph was Executive Director of Finance at Shell Ghana and for several years an Investment Analyst with Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT). Prior to Palmfields Investment, Joseph was the Managing Director of Goldkey Properties Limited, where he was involved with a number of joint venture transactions with public and private property owners. Joseph is a Chartered Accountant (ICA) by profession and has an MBA (Banking & Finance) from (CESAG), Senegal, as well as a Diploma in Finance from the University of Berkeley in California, USA. He holds patents in high-tech industries and sits on the board of multiple start-ups including Axcon Energy. Simon is also the CEO of Applied Innovation Group (AIG), which has locations in California, and Vietnam. As a Board Member of Axcon, Simon successfully raised funds to acquire two, 20 MW provisional licensed solar projects in Ghana. As a result, Axcon Energy acquired 135 acres of land at Sogakope, allowing them to build 20 MW solar photovoltaic. Simon also brings in new cost-effective energy solutions and products to the world. John Kwabena Domeh serves as the Project Coordinator at Axcon Energy, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Technician from renowned firms prior to joining our team. Previously, he held the role of coordinator at Erstwhile UTC of GH. Ltd., overseeing the Northern Sector Technical (Installation and Maintenance Department) with the regional office situated in Kumasi. Additionally, he contributed his expertise as the Head of Installation, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance at Elesca Engineering. John is a certified tester and Acceptance Inspector of installed mechanical and electrical equipment. He excels in fostering strong client relationships and prioritizes upholding safety standards throughout the construction process.
